| Vocational education mainly trains skilled talents to adapt to social and economic development.In order to meet the needs of social and economic development,the training objectives of vocational education are changing,and the competency requirements for full-time teachers of vocational education are also gradually improving.At present,there are many problems in the competency of full-time teachers in vocational education,which affect the further development of vocational education.For this reason,this study selected the full-time teachers of Anhui Maanshan Industry School as the research object,from the empirical point of view,combining with the SPSS software to analyze the survey data,discusses the full-time teachers of Anhui Maanshan Industry School need 15 competency characteristics(the sense of responsibility,dedication,the dedication to work,integrity,ability to learn and use a variety of teaching techniques,introspection and cognitive ability,organization and coordination ability,enterprises work experience,social experience,practice,psychological endurance career loyalty adaptability,enthusiasm),Eventually establish the competency model of full-time teachers in Anhui Maanshan Industry School(four dimensions),and evaluating table of f full-time teachers in Anhui Maanshan Industry School competency condition investigation,it is concluded that the full-time teachers in Anhui Maanshan Industry School overall to improve professional quality,professional skills,practical guidance abilities,psychological quality Therefore,it is suggested to improve the quality of students and strengthen student management;enhance independent learning,exchange and share experience;The combination of "going out" and "bringing in";The school clearly requires teachers to make four Suggestions for personal career planning,so as to enhance the competency of full-time teachers in Anhui Maanshan Industry School. |
