| With the increasing emphasis on vocational education in our country,the reform of vocational education is deepening.In the past ten years,vocational education has made great progress.It has not only transported a large number of practical talents for the society,but also made important contributions to the improvement of the quality of the labor force,providing an important guarantee for China’s skilled talents reserve and stable employment rate.In May 2016,Shandong Province responded positively to the call of the state.Eight departments,including the Provincial Department of People’s and Social Affairs,jointly issued "Opinions on Strengthening the Work of Highly Skilled Talents to Promote Industrial Transformation and Upgrading",which provided policy guarantee for vocational education,especially high-level technical education.With the vigorous development of technical colleges and universities,the related problems brought about by the management inertia of the huge system and the outdated and inflexible management habits are also revealed.This paper finds that the rapid development of WF Technician College has led to many problems,such as the decline of classroom efficiency,the decrease of employment rate of graduates,and the low satisfaction of teachers.The research finds that the root cause of a series of problems lies in the insufficient motivation of teachers.The thesis takes the full-time teachers of the college(if there is no special indication in the paper,"teachers" refers to full-time teachers specifically)as the research object,takes teacher motivation as the main content of the research,designs a questionnaire according to the actual situation of the college on the basis of in-depth study of the teacher motivation and system construction of the same type of college,and through investigation and real data obtained through in-depth interviews,formulates targeted improvement measures for the teacher motivation of the college,which are summarized into two dimensions of material and spirit,providing suggestions for the deepening reform of WF technician college,and also providing reference and reference for vocational colleges with technical education characteristics related to teacher motivation. |
