Social Fairness For Company Employees Are The Influence Of Trust Research

Trust as an important social capital of benign operation and coordiated development of the society has an indispensable role in the domestic and foreign scholars on the issue of Chinese social trust level,don’ t want to participate in this study the refutation of the problem,but hope that through solid empirical research,find out the important factors that affect social trust,to the problem of social trust has more comprehensive and profound understanding.Through data inspection ingalls about this study of modernity theory is not applicable to the current Chinese social trust issues,to turn to sun liping roots and the theory of fracture social variables,that social justice might have influence to enterprise staff general trust.Social justice can be divided into tow dimensions,one is the overall social fairness,another social fairness of economic level,income of fairness.Using data of CGSS in 2010 were analyzed,and the control of urban and rural,under the condition of fixed number of year of the gender,age and education,individual to join the variable "social fairness",multiple regression analysis found that the social fairness has a significant positive influence on enterprise staff general trust.Under the condition of without changing the control variable,individual to join the variable" income fairness",multiple regression analysis found that income fairness for enterprise employees generally trust also has significant positive influence.Under the condition of without changing the control variable,join the variable" social justice" and " income fairness",and found that the social fairness to employees generally trust significantly positive influence on no change,while income fairness for enterprise employees have no significant impact on genera credibility.And ownership in different scale for enterprise employees is further subdivided,under the condition of invariable in the control variable,whether to join the study variables alone" social justice" multivariate linear regression,or join the variable" social justice" and "income fairness" multivariate linear regression,found that the social fairness of different size and different ownership enterprises employees have significant positive influence on the general credibility.Under the condition of invariable in the control variable,individual to join the variable" income fairness" multivariate linear regression,and found that the income of fairness only employees of state-owned collective enterprises general trust has significant positive influence,and in addition to the state-owned collective enterprises of different scale enterprises of other ownership enterprises as general employees trust there is no significant effect.Under the condition of invariable in the control variable,join the variable" social justice" and "income fairness" multivariate linear regression,found that the income of fairness to different scale enterprise and staff of enterprises of different ownership generally trust there is no significant effect.Comparison,the result of the statistics can be found:enterprise employees generally trust is closely related to the whole society level of fairness,and fairness,individual level of income.
