in this paper,using the method of literature,mathematical statistics,interviews,questionnaires and other research methods,the paper researches the current situation of Guangzhou women’s basketball team CUBA,carries on the analysis from several athletes,coaches,training,competition and management,unfavorable factors,the objective understanding of the status quo of Guangzhou city women’s CUBA the basketball team,and summarizes the problems and bottlenecks of the Guangzhou women’s basketball team CUBA development process,puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to enhance the overall Guangzhou women’s CUBA,the high level team to move to seek a new breakthrough,hoping to promote the development of Guangzhou women’s CUBA.Guangzhou women’s basketball team CUBA level is not high,the conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,from the perspective of players: one is the poor students,physical condition and athletic ability,lack of high level athletes;two is the obvious contradiction between learning and training,academic pressure,athletes training motivation is the main credit training initiative is not strong;the three is on the basketball team of the lost employment,the goal is not clear,a lot of people the occupation is expected to engage in the occupation has nothing to do with the basketball,so training is also a lack of motivation.Two,from the perspective of training: training plan system,in order to stage the training program;training time to 2-3 hours,training venues well,basically meet the training needs,training content to the technical and tactical training and physical training,intelligence and psychological training rarely,training security situation,part of the school the lack of real strength and fitness equipment,the majority of school funds,medical insurance is not perfect,security situation is not optimistic.Three,from the perspective of competition events: one is too little,the level of competition is not high,not to test the training effect,not to play the role of feedback;competition for limited sources of funding,the school funding,some schools have insufficient funds,has seriously affected the enthusiasm of all publicity contest;,mainly to WeChat platform and hanging banners and posters,publicity and other network media is not comprehensive.Four,from the point of view: coaches coaches age is between 40-50,is the age of the male coaches in the full vigour of life,and life coaching common in 5-10 years,coaches experience for amateur sports experience,have received higher education,titles are lecturers,coaches in recent years rarely receive training,training requirements the voice of the high.Five,from the perspective of management team: team director general is vice president of lead,coordination of various departments;management methods,management departments and joint management and sports department in three separate management of multi sectoral collaboration;learning management team is not perfect,the relevant regulations do not specify to players according to the actual situation of life management regulation;and most people think that diet can not meet the needs of training and competition,accommodation is not good,the health situation is not optimistic,the lack of doctors and other professionals;there are loopholes in the moral education aspect,do most of school moral education management for women’s basketball team.The overall level of six,the Guangzhou women’s basketball team CUBA is not high,mainly has the following factors: poor student athletes,the burden,don’t put your heart into the training;the lack of high level coaches,salary,training opportunities;competition game less,competition level is low,the cost is low;there is no specific policy system no,the relevant rules and regulations,can not guarantee the rights of athletes athletes;the management difficulty is big,easy to produce cross holes,no special management personnel etc..
