CUBA as China's major domestic events,in recent years,the development of accelerating,the influence also increased,not only greatly promoted the progress of sports,but also to promote the development of sports in China's schools.So the CUBA basketball team will get more attention,but CUBA in the event of concern with the coach is not directly concerned about,so it will lead to some of the annual participation in the team to the CUBA league little change,some The team in the first phase of the provincial division qualifying will be unsuccessful.The development of the team is not smooth,the training of coaches is not perfect,thus affecting the coaches on the team training,restricting the development of the team,hinder the overall development and progress of CUBA.Because in a basketball team,the team's main players,the team's leading is the coach.The coaches are the entire training process(ie,the selection of athletes,the diagnosis of training,the identification of training objectives,the development and implementation of training programs)and the planning process(ie,instruction,organization,management,leadership,etc.)The controller is an important figure in the creation of athletic performance.Therefore,CUBA coaches in the ideological cultivation,technical level of movement,organizational skills,management capabilities and the development of the law on the ability of basketball is directly related to the entire team's sports technology level.In the current level of sports technology and sports science development situation,the quality of the basketball coaches are getting higher and higher.Therefore,the investigation and study of the current situation of CUBA by team coaches,hoping to find some common problems and provide some suggestions for the entire CUBA coaches group,draw lessons from the training and competition in the future,and improve made greater progress.Through the investigation of the contents of this article,the following conclusions are drawn:1.CUBA coaches are as young as the overall age,the structure conforms to the situation of CUBA development;the educational situation also meets the requirements ofmodern coaches to master advanced basketball theory and practice knowledge;97.4% of the coaches have been basketball related Training,there is a certain basketball experience.2.CUBA coaches in the development of training programs in this regard in good condition,94.7% of the coaches can be based on the actual situation in the basketball training team to develop;in the training program not only focus on physical training and the same emphasis on the psychological Aspects of intellectual and rehabilitation aspects of training.3.Although the full-time CUBA coaches are on the rise,the degree is still not high,57.9% of the part-time coaches bear a certain teaching task.CUBA coaches in the CBA professional players or the original hands of the rich experience of the game,high athletic ability,accurate game interpretation,so that the ability to teach significantly higher than the university basketball coach.To achieve full-time coaches,allowing coaches to put more time and energy into the basketball training work,in order to cultivate excellent basketball talent to provide strong protection.4.The purpose of the CUBA coaches is that they tend to cultivate talents in basketball,but at the same time,they are increasingly aware of the importance of raising their coaching levels.5.CUBA for the selection of coaches,in the form of a more single,mainly through the leadership of direct appointments.Assessment methods mainly refer to the basketball training team results.The ultimate goal of selection and assessment is to achieve the coaches and job matching.Not only to ensure that coaches can do the job,but also to ensure that the position of the coaches have enough attractive.This requires the selection and assessment of CUBA coaches to follow the principles of planning,openness,science and comprehensiveness.Establish an effective selection and assessment system,develop scientific and practical standards and norms.6.The main way to improve the business level of CUBA coaches is job training.Each year,a regular CUBA coaches are trained to update the coaches' knowledge reserves,especially for grassroots teams participating in the CUBA qualifier.Increase the communication between coaches,speed up the training of the speed and scale,job training should be targeted to improve the quality of training.7.Through statistical analysis,each division of coaches in the core competence,ability and auxiliary ability are different.
