| Morality and rule of law with a strong practicality is the norm and foundation of social life,which is originally contained in life.Morality and the rule of law education and its detachment from social life blocked the students’ moral development source and ways,meaning that the moral and the rule of law education becomes the vacuum.It Should combine the infusion of theoretical knowledge and specific social reality in a organic and natural way,putting the formation of concept into the observation,feelings and experience in life.Only in the student’s life world,in the student’s practical lessons and experience,in the student’s inner world with value conflict,can it have a valuable educational time,cultivate students multi-angle and multi-level thinking ability,develop abilities to solve problems according to the specific circumstances and facts.In view of this,this paper analyzes the life-oriented teaching strategies of moral and rule of law at junior high school.Based on the research results related to the life-oriented teaching of morality and rule of law at junior middle school in China and abroad,this paper combines the teaching experience and feeling of morality and rule of law in teaching at junior high school,based on the analysis of the meaning of the teaching of morality and the rule of law,the present situation of the life-oriented teaching,the main problems and the causes of the problems,it makes an overall analysis of the present teaching situation of life-oriented teaching of morality and rule of law at junior middle school with literature research method and experience summary method.Based on the basic theory of moral and rule of law teaching,this paper analyzes some problems existing in the practice and the present situation of life-oriented teaching.From the current status of life-oriented teaching of morality and rule of law at junior middle school,this paper tries to promote the innovation of teaching strategies to develop the construction of moral and rule of law efficient classroom,strengthen the communication and understanding of students with life world and enhance the effectiveness of moral education.This paper makes every effort to innovate in the following ways:1.Innovation in research perspective.According to the teaching objectives and content characteristics of morality and rule of law course in junior middle school,considering the advantages of life-oriented teaching methods,focusing on the Specific application of life-oriented teaching methods in the teaching of morality and rule of law,searching the point of convergence and possible problems of the two,in order to make up for the shortcomings of current research of life-oriented teaching in moral and the rule of law.2.Innovation in research content.From the theoretical basis of morality and the rule of law into daily life,implementation,evaluation,security and other aspects of research,formed the research content of the whole teaching process.Such as to establish a comprehensive teaching objectives with life-oriented teaching vision,to improve the teaching effect with teaching methods,to live teaching space to consolidate the teaching effect,trying to overcome the current study which is limited to a part of the life-oriented teaching processes,operation is not strong and other defects. |
