The Investigation On The Resistance And Motivation Of The Research On Masters' Ideological And Political Education Based On Discipline Attributes

The ideological and political education subject has distinct ideology,comprehensiveness, theory and practice and other basic attributes, which has an important influence on the research of masters' ideological and political education.It is manifested in the scope of scientific research topics, the value orientation of theoretical view, the scientific nature of research methods and the impact of research conclusions. All of them have special requirements.From the perspective of the resistance of scientific research, there are general prejudices in the ideological and political education of society, which is not conducive to the construction of scientific research funds and the construction of scientific research team. The ideological and political education is the unity of scientific and ideological contradictions. Because of the high emphasis on the development of ideological and political education in China, this will produce incentive force; and the practicality of ideological and political education is conducive to promoting the scientific research innovation of masters' ideological and political education; ideological and political education with academic responsibility and social responsibility will produce pressure-type power, it can promote scientific research.To change the resistance as the driving force, we need to make full use of the country attach importance to the ideological and political education.we actively rely on the basic platform of the universities to development of ideological and political education.we give full play to the role of scientific research team to overcome the resistance of scientific research and take the academic responsibility and social responsibility of the ideological and political education as research power.on these basis, we explore the pressure-driven and incentive-type power transformation strategies.
