Since the reform and opening up,especially since the eighteen major,as the party and the state have further promoted the ideological and political education of college students,the reform and innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities has also deepened.In this context,how to further reform and innovate the quality and quantity of the "supply side" of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,to realize the effective stimulation of the inner motivation to accept the ideological and political education of college students,and to promote the promotion of the acceptance effect,is an important subject in the current ideological and political education of colleges and universities.The acceptance of college students’ ideological and political education refers to the continuous and continuous dynamic process of the university students,as a specific subject of acceptance,in the environment of their own needs,through the media to reflect the content of ideological and political education conducted by the main body of education,such as choosing,integrating internalization and externalizing practice.This process includes cognitive level,attitude level and behavior level,which are influenced by the main body,the subject of acceptance,the content of supply,the way of supply and the supply environment,which have the basic characteristics of subjectivity,repetition and practicality.The internal motivation of college students’ ideological and political education includes four elements,namely,the needs,cognition,emotion and will of the subjects.Through theoretical analysis,it is found that the current internal dynamic dilemma of the subject of acceptance is mainly manifested by the ambiguity of Marx’s belief,the value orientation of pragmatic utilitarianism,the different knowledge and behavior of acceptance,and the adverse psychology of acceptance.It is mainly caused by three aspects,namely,the receiving body,the supply side and the supply environment.The acceptance effect of college students’ ideological and political education should be implemented in the concrete behavior of the receiving subject.In order to effectively stimulate the internal motivation to accept the acceptance of college students and to improve the acceptance effect of ideological and political education,it is necessary to mobilize the subjective initiative inherent in the subject,to guide the multiple needs of the subject,to deepen the cognitive ability of the subject,to enhance the emotional participation of the subject,and to forge the will quality of the subject.At the same time,building the system of ideological and political education in school and exploring the combination of ideological and political education outside school education,forming the integration and linkage effect of classroom and outside,online and offline,inside and outside school,effectively enhancing the pertinence and effectiveness of college students’ ideological and political education.
