| College ideological and political education is a major political issue related to the survival and development of the party and the country. Ideological and political education cannot carry on without the participation of people. If the subject construction is not doing well, ideological and political education can not be carried out smoothly and efficiently. The Subject construction is the foundation and guarantee of college ideological and political education. Only the subject construction doing well, ideological and political education can be completed smoothly, it can also helps the college students grow healthily.Modern ideological and political education advocates that the ideological and political education is the process of the interactive relationship between educator and educated. The relationship of educator and educated is a new type of the inter-subjective. In this process, the educated also play a subject role. As the subject in educational activity, their quality and ability are very important to the college ideological and political education. We must insist on the people-oriented education concept, improving educator’s quality and ability and strengthening the construction of the educates, to achieve the development of college ideological and political education finally.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction.
