Special post teachers are the special forces in the rural teachers,and play an increasingly important role in the development of rural basic education.Career recognition is understanding and evaluation of the professional characteristics and values under the influence of society,school and family,based on its own experience and social experience.Teachers' professional recognition is the extension of professional recognition in the field of education.It is the understanding and evaluation of the teachers' individual characteristics and their value in their work,study and life.The teachers in the early stages of the development of their occupation,for their own understanding and occupation career planning will be affected by the surrounding environment,especially the most direct influence on daily work environment for the special post teachers' cognitive development,namely the school environment.Therefore,the school environment should be attached with more importance in the process of their professional growth.Through the questionnaire survey and interview,this study discusses the situation of the professional recognition and the school environment of the special post teachers,and explores the influence mechanism of the school environment on the professional recognition of the special teachers.Through the analysis of the survey data,the following conclusions were:(1)Occupation recognition of special post teachers overall was in a better level,cognitive occupation accomplishment was at a good level,but the occupation personal value,comparing with the other two cognitive dimensions lied in the lower level,most of the teachers think they can not fully realize their own value.Special post teacher occupation recognition did not exist significant gender differences;teaching value of teacher occupation personal cognitive 0-1 years was significantly higher than that of 1-2 years of teaching of teachers;occupation personal values were significantly higher than that of primary school teachers of middle school teachers;teacher occupation personal value whose subject is consistent with profession was significantly higher than the inconsistent teachers.(2)The teachers school environment perception is in a medium level,perception of interpersonal relationship is in the best level.The development condition offered by schools needs to be improved,most teachers think this occupation lacks development prospects.Level of school climate perception was significantly higher than that of primary school teachers of middle school teachers;scores of teachers in the home school environment perception was significantly higher than that not in the home;the level of teachers school environment perception whose subject is consistent with profession was significantly higher than that of inconsistent ones.(3)School environment is an important factor affecting the professional recognition of the special post teachers.Among them,the interpersonal relationship has predictive effects on teacher occupation recognition and its dimensions;the headmaster has predictive effect on teacher occupation recognition;working conditions and development of school climate have predictive effect on teacher occupation personal cognitive value.The development of professional recognition of the special teacher is dynamic,and it has a close relationship with the professional characteristics of the teachers and their professional characteristics.The professional values of the special teachers are the internal factors that affect the professional recognition of the special teachers.The setting of the post school environment is the external factor that affects the professional recognition of the special teachers.Therefore,the school should optimize its school environment,to make the special post teachers to actively improve the level of professional awareness in a good professional atmosphere.
