A Study On Political Identification Of College Students Under The Perspective Of Ideological And Political Education

At present our country is going through a significant period of social transformation and deepening reform,which contains various social conflicts and great evolution on both of country economy and social structure.College students are always considered as builders and successors of the socialism cause in China,and they are the new force of development in this country.However,living in the background of globalization and networked era,the thoughts of college students are getting more and more complicated and changeable since they could learn all kinds of different ideologies easily,and thus the traditional dominant position of Marxist ideology faces great challenge.The Ideological and Political Education plays the main role in teaching students the mainstream ideology and values,so it is necessary to understand the change of their thoughts actively and bring out specific ways.We need to do everything we can to improve political identification among college students,because it concerns not only the stability of country but also the future of our socialist cause.As a result,our country and government now are aware of the importance of political education among college students,and paying more and more attention to the ideological and political education,carrying out many important files to help complete the education contents and course system.Political identification is one of the most important contents and goals of education in colleges and universities,and Ideological and Political Education is always the main and most efficient way to improve political identification.Nowadays,how to learn the status quo of political identification among college students,and how do we response to the new environment in order to let education play its role effectively in improving students' identification,has attracted more and more attention.This paper is based on the research among college students in Songjiang University town,using questionnaires to learn their change of ideas and status quo of political identification,and then discuss how to improve college students' political identity under the frame of Ideological and Political Education Theory.
