The Guide to Learning and Development for Children Aged 3-6 points out that "art activities are a spiritual growth that children need to satisfy,and are a utilitarian and satisfying need for the purpose of the activity process itself ".And music activities as an important part of artistic activities are more and more frequently into the children's life,so the preschool teachers' music literacy also put foword higer requirements.Preschool teacher's task is not to cultivate a good musician,but hope that Preschool teachers can be based on the concept of appropriate music to create an appropriate learning environment,strengthen their own diversified sensory consciousness,and then use the appropriate method,the learning process from passive to active and interactive,so that children in the gradual understanding of music,open learning music interest and potential to enhance the appreciation of music and creativity.Based on the Preschool teachers' music literacy and realistic requirements,this study has carried on the detailed and thorough discussion to the Preschool teachers' music literacy on the basis of the existing research.In this study,questionnaire survey was conducted on the demographic background and the basic elements of Preschool teachers' music literacy in Wuhu,and the final data were analyzed.The purpose is to grasp the situation of Preschool teachers' music literacy in Wuhu,Analyze the problems and put forward the some suggstions.The full text is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction,mainly elaborates the researcher's topic selection,the concept definition,the related literature review,the research significance,the research thought,the research design.The second part is the empirical research on Preschool teachers' musical accomplishment.This is mainly the presentation and analysis of survey data.The first is the basic information of Preschool teachers,including age,gender,teaching age,education,etc;followed by Preschool teachers,music literacy awareness of the data presented;Finally,based on the data presented to do the relevant analysis.The third part is based on the survey results of Preschool teachers' music literacy problems.The fourth part puts forward some suggestions to improve the music quality of Preschool teachers from four aspects: pre-service training,raise the threshold of entry,post-training and social.
