Marx's Production Theory Of Population And Family Planning Policies In Our Country

The population problem is the main problem at the present stage in China,is the main factor promoting the economic and social development of our country.Since the 1970 s,under the guide of Marx's production theory,China's population policy and the adjustment of the family planning work has made great progress.Based on the theory of Marx's population production under the guidance of the new policy of family planning research,on the one hand,summarizes in theory under the guidance of marxist population production,the change of China's family planning policy,in under the guidance of this theory is analyzed and put forward the necessity of "comprehensive second child" family planning policies,can solve the problem of population in our country faces many new,contribute to the cause of population in our country in the future.Family planning in China,on the other hand,the New Deal may lead to the risk is analyzed,and put forward the method of risk aversion,to insist on sustainable development,harmonize the relationship between the population,economy,resources and environment.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction part,the paper USES the literature analysis method,this paper mainly introduces the theoretical and practical significance of the thesis,literature review at home and abroad,and involves the population policy and the concept of fertility policy.The second part mainly describes the Marx's production theory,population and family planning policy guidance to our country.From the Angle of philosophy,economics and anthropology three elaborates the population production theory,Marx points out that the population should be comprehensive production.Summarizes Marx population production to people as a starting point,based on the realistic social production,population production andmaterial production featuring unity,finally realize the all-round development of human beings.Under the guidance of this theory,the conflict between economic development and population eased.The third part is the Marx's production theory and the current population of family planning policies "comprehensive second child together.Analyzed the basis of a"comprehensive two foetuses" policy implementation: imbalance in the structure of population and sex ratio of serious imbalance,the arrival of the 4-2-1 family pattern;At the same time,from the family planning management system,quality of service and form a complete set of welfare and the guarantee of legal system of the three angles puts forward a method to cope with the two-child policy;Analysis of the value of the two-child policy may bring: optimize the population structure,alleviate the pressure of the pension,and stimulate the development of the industry chain;Proposed two-child policy in the implementation of the humanistic care attribute weak,population increase,poses a great pressure on resources,environment and so on expected risk.The fourth part puts forward how to avoid the risks of a two-child policy as well as the ultimate goal of China's population policy.Sustainable development is not only Marx's production theory ultimately pursue goal,also is the ultimate goal of China's population policy.Fertility policy adjustment need to insist on the principle of optimal capacity,the principle of fairness and balance,to deal with the relationship between population and resources,environment and economy,and realize the sustainable development of population.Finally,in order to circumvent the two-child policy may face the risk of the humanistic care,the adjustment of the total population,the relationship between human and nature,puts forward the specific countermeasures.
