A hundred years account greatly,educating for the origin.Education counts a lot,teachers for the origin.If there is no high-qualified and professional teachers,it is impossible to have high quality of education.From central government to the local one,it pays great attention to the construction and development of teachers.However,the fundamental education in the vast rural is much weaker because of the backward economy.If there is no modernization of rural teachers,the modernization of rural education is impossible.Moreover,it will affect the basic realization of magnificant target of modernization.Although the teachers in the rural school are in large cardinal number,structure disequilibrium is apparent that restrains the development of rural education badly.Therefore,it is eager to construct the ability of the rural teachers.The difference of quantitative change and permutation and combination in internal elements will affect the overall functionality.Only the structure has been improved that the function can reach higher level.the complexity of the structure of teachers in rural primary school is obvious that they are combined with a tremendous amount,different backgrounds and various level of knowledge.The study,with the "structure" as logical starting point,emphasizes on the gender,age,domicile,education background,degree,and professional title of structure of teachers.The writer uses the documentation method and survey research method and regards the teachers in rural primary school as the research object.It is developed with the thought of "theoretical study-current situation analysis-cause analysis-solution analysis".The research is divided into four parts.The first part: stating the concept of the research background and significance,literature review,research methods and idea and so on.The second part: stating relative theories of optimizing structure of teachers in primary school.Firstly,it will try to define some key concepts,such as structure,structure optimization,teachers of primary school in rural,structure of teachers of primary school in the rural etc.Secondly,the paper will put forward reference standard of structure optimization of teachers of primary school in the rural according to previous researches.Thirdly,it analyzes three theories,that is structural functional,system optimization and mutualism.Lastly,on the basis of theory,it analyzes the main elements that affects the structure optimization of teachers of primary school in the rural.In the third part,it studies the existing problems and causes of structure of teachers of primary school in the rural.With the analysis of the current situation,it concludes that teachers are feminization and aging,lowering academic diplomas,local and minor professional teachers are fewer.The main reasons are that the teachers' status and payment are not high.Establishment reform is lagging and young teachers are flowing out.Teachers are hard to exchange.The standard of degree is rather lower and there are too many substitute teachers.In the fourth part,solutions of optimizing the structure of teachers in rural primary school.It gives a detailed analysis of improving the payment,optimizing the establishment system,cultivating local teachers,improve the degree standard,increasing recruitment of minor teachers,strengthening training of general teachers,and perfecting evaluation system of professional titles etc.
