Education is the foundation of one country. Education is also the foundation of national rejuvenation and social progress. The structure of the teaching staff is an important component of the educational system structure. Research on the structure of teachers not only helps strengthen the understanding of the current education situation in our country, but also provides a theoretical basis for the reform of education in our country.The type of education classification in China varied, this paper mainly focuses on the basis for public education is part of education object classification, there are two parts of ordinary primary and secondary education and ordinary higher education in China, It bases on the education statistics of the ministry of education from 2006 to 2015.Referring to education statistics of the American higher education, Comparing the structure of teachers in East, central and Western Regions. By using statistical analysis,literature research, comparative analysis and other research methods,the overall structure of the teachers is analyzed, the reasonable structure of reference advanced experience of American education and literature research,analysis and the reasons of the formation of structure of teachers in our country the problems,countermeasures and suggestions are given combining the structure optimization theory.This paper aims at theoretical thinking, analysis of the status quo, experiences and countermeasures, to adjust and reform the structure of education to improve the theoretical knowledge and information support structure of teachers in our country,for the development of China’s education gathering strength. |
