In the 21 st century quality education already go to school education, so the school sports must also unity of the development and the demand of the times and the education, so as to education for the school sports cultivate has good physical and psychological quality and the corresponding professional knowledge and skills, sound personality and quality of excellent modern school sports talents. This also makes the reform of basic education physical education curriculum is imperative, the core issue of education is how to improve the quality of education, and the knowledge structure of teachers is the key to improve the quality of education..
