The ideological and political course in the high school stage is not only a course for students to carry out ideological and political education, but also to help students to establish their own correct world outlook, outlook on life, values courses. The new curriculum standard not only requires the teacher to impart theoretical knowledge to the students, but also advocate in the teaching based on the student's real life experience.This way of life can not only enable them to appreciate life in learning, but also enable students in real life through this new teaching methods to inspire themselves,develop themselves. But we take "life and philosophy" as an example, we will find that this way of life teaching in the course of teaching philosophy, there are still many urgent problems to be solved. Many teachers in the course of teaching not only did not cause students to study interest in this course, but let the students have a lot of misunderstanding of philosophy, in the classroom produced a dogma of preaching, and finally lead to students resentment of learning philosophy. Therefore, teachers in the teaching process is not only to the teaching content and the actual life of students combined in the life of teaching methods at the same time to take into account the value of ideological and political courses, and ultimately achieve the purpose of ideological and political education.Because in some courses in the teaching process, the application of life-oriented teaching is not particularly mature, this is not much research, so this article on the "life and philosophy" as an example, high school ideological and political lessons of life teaching Some of their own views and opinions.This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, which includes the background of this topic and research significance, the status quo at home and abroad research and research ideas and methods. The second part is the related overview of the life-oriented teaching of the ideological and political courses in senior high school,including the definition of life-oriented teaching, the concrete manifestation and the analysis of the theoretical basis and realistic basis of the life-oriented teaching of life and philosophy. The third part is the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of life teaching in "life and philosophy". The fourth part is the analysis of the "life and philosophy" life-oriented teaching problems of the reasons.
