Oral communication has important significance to the development of students' life. The author through the study of existing literature and analyzing the current situation of oral communication teaching, found the oral communication teaching in China is not as possible. Performance is not valued in oral communication teaching, the teaching method of the single sketchy, teaching evaluation system is not clear, so can't give front-line teachers provide implementation guidelines. Starting from the teaching practice, this study puts forward comprehensive oral communication teaching method.Will be involved in the form of oral communication, including listening, reading,retelling and extemporaneous speech categories, a total of eight kinds of teaching,combining with teaching practice, combined with the diagnostic evaluation, summative evaluation and formative evaluation of three methods for evaluation, establish a system,accord with the characteristics of oral communication teaching evaluation system,implement to promote the development of evaluation.This paper expounds from the following three parts: the first part is focused on the knowledge teaching of oral communication, including the design and the concept and basic characteristics of oral English teaching, and under the new standard knowledge of oral communication. , on the basis of the second part explains research methods, from two angles of theory and practice about the present situation of oral communication. The third part respectively from teaching methods, teaching evaluation and improving teachers' ability of oral communication to improve oral English communicative competence strategy. The third part is the research emphasis of this article, the author work four years of work summary. This part will be eight of oral communication activities classify, and illustrates one by one. Oral communication teaching evaluation is the most important is to process, rather than the final rendering results. Evaluation is not only to test the students' ability, the most important thing is promote the development of oral communication ability. From the last section focus on the drive the progress of the students' ability to improve teachers' oral communication ability.
