The studies of Flipped Classroom have been increased quickly since 2012, and the development of teaching reforms concerning flipped class model in colleges and universities have became popular domestically. This study reviews and analyses the current relevant researches in a thorough manner, finding that there are many deficiencies associated with the existing study of pre-class autonomous learning. Firstly, current studies are incomplete because most of them are mainly based on the status quo, even the suggestions are offered in these studies but lack of the essential test of effects. Secondly, these studies mainly aim to enhance students' autonomous learning ability, but the empirical researches have not been carried into factors such as interventions from teachers. Based on previous studies, this paper aims to explore and provide suggestions and solutions for pre-class autonomous learning.College participants who are surveyed in the autonomous learning courses of Flipped Classroom are reported the following problems in the questionnaires: the learning resources are rich but lack variety; the usage of platform is easy but lack sufficiently stability; the teachers don't pay adequate attention to students' pre-class autonomous learning, most of them lack participation and timely service; students have high motivation in the early phase of the participation, but lack self-control, they are distracted easily and can not stick to complete all assignments. This study proposes five strategies in order to address the problems and tests the effectiveness by comparing the learning data. Firstly, as for the problem of learning resources are rich but lack variety, the design of learning resources should be made lively and cartoonized, as students who are exposed to these kinds of resource show higher degree of autonomous learning, and the diversification is beneficial to outcome students'learning burnout. Secondly, as for the problem of teachers' inadequate participation in the autonomous learning, survey clearly shows the positive correlation between teachers'participation in project and students' performance in autonomous learning. Thirdly, as for the problem of students' insufficient self-control,teachers are supposed to specify pre-class study plans for students. And the results of comparative analysis of learning data indicate that setting up these plans for students can help them to complete independent study tasks, but with the progress of the course, the completion of student tasks are gradually declining. Fourthly, as for the problem of students lack concentration and self-perseverance in learning, the study puts forward that offline classroom activities need to be designed and organized to attract students' attention to improve their independent online study. But the results show that the effect is not obvious, the further studies are necessary; Finally, as for the problem of students' anxiety and worry concerning the effect of pre-class autonomous learning in Flipped Classroom, the study employs a multivariate evaluation system of course learning, and the results show that the diversified evaluating methods help stimulate college students to complete the learning task and keep motivated.
