| “The Belt and Road” as an important national development strategy,its implementation is a prerequisite to advance culture.China traditional clothing as a living carrier of traditional Chinese culture spread and Chinese clothing traditional handicrafts heritage,it is self-evident that it will be important to build our country into a “The Belt and Road” cultural power.First of all,China traditional clothing,talents training under “The Belt and Road” background and clothing talents training three aspects related research were reviewed,and the theoretical basis of China traditional clothing talents training path and strategy selection were obtained through the literature research method.Second,based on the in-depth interview with institutions and the relevant person in charge of the institutions related to China traditional clothing talent training,including Hangzhou Apparel Industry Association,enterprises related to China traditional clothing in Hangzhou,Chinese clothing design competition organizers,Higher Vocational College clothing professional and students,and so on.To analysis of the current state and find that,although related organizations have been gradually pay attention to cultivation of China traditional talents,but there are also some problems to be solved,such as operating capital is not guaranteed,shortage of talent,input talent culture literacy missing,Lack of access to learning channels and the ability to export talent is insufficient.Third,sum up the demand of China traditional clothing talent from the quality,ability,knowledge resource endowment three aspects,and put forward the training path of China traditional clothing talents in “the Belt and Road” Background through the analysis of the survey results.Finally,according to the results of the survey and the analysis of the previous article,analyze the strategy of cultivating China traditional clothing talents from the five aspects of funds safeguard,interested in culture,talent selection,platform building,innovation culture. |
