Research On The Training Mode Of Applied Talents In Gateway Of A Country's Universities Under The One Belt And One Road Initiative

The cultivation of application-oriented talents not only conforms to the requirements of China's overall economic development and social progress,but also meets the needs of pursuing the development of international higher education and building a powerful country of higher education.Under the background of "one belt and one road",application-oriented talents training has become the best choice for universities abroad.Therefore,on the basis of giving full play to the functions of higher education,it is necessary for the university to explore a set of application-oriented talent cultivation mode that not only meets the needs of the national strategy but also conforms to the development trend of internationalization.This study has been focusing on the two main lines of "One Belt And One Road initiative to train application-oriented talents in the country's universities".Firstly,the theoretical foundation of the cultivation model of applied talents is determined by sorting out the relevant theories.Secondly,it reviews the development experience of guomen university from a historical point of view,explores the current situation of talent training in guomen university,and clarifies its dilemma.Thirdly,typical cases are introduced for reference and corresponding value judgment is put forward.Finally,through the theoretical analysis and policy discussion of the above research,the paper puts forward reform Suggestions on the basis of overall reflection on the existing policies.Therefore,this paper is mainly divided into the following four parts:The first part is the theoretical basis and practical significance.The theoretical basis and practical significance of cultivating application-oriented talents in the background of "One Belt And One Road" are systematically expounded.The second part,Analysis of the situation.This paper reviews the development track of the university,explores the problems and the reasons behind the reform of the talent cultivation mode of the university,and analyzes the current talent cultivation form of the university.The third part is a typical case.Taking the "small language + major" talent cultivation mode of Honghe university as a typical case,this paper analyzes the internal logic and reform strategies of the application-oriented talent cultivation mode of Honghe university and clarifies its reference value.The fourth part,the overall reflection.On the basis of summarizing the foregoing,this paper analyzes the reform direction of colleges and universities in the region from internal and external aspects,and puts forward corresponding reform strategies.In a word,the research of this paper,on the one hand,can promote the scientific and rational running of the university,improve the running quality of the university under the initiative of "One Belt And One Road",and ensure the stability of talent transportation in the border areas.On the other hand,while enriching the theoretical research of higher education,it can also make up for the lack of academic research on the university and its frontier colleges.It is expected that the research results of this paper will make a contribution to the reform and internationalization of higher education in the border area.
