With the implement of the national "The Belt and Road" strategy,the current Xinjiang is facing a new opportunity of development.At this time,as Xinjiang’s elite talent training in Xinjiang Inland high school class have obvious because of students learning is not suited to lead to academic performance is generally low status,and even to a certain extent,"the phenomenon of student loss".Therefore,for the "Xinjiang Inland high school class students",the learning adaptability in its learning life plays a key role,and,due to ethnic,geographical,religious,language,diet,customs and so on the difference,its "Learning adaptability" also has a more unique "cross-cultural" means.Based on this,To study the adaptability of Xinjiang high school students in cross-cultural perspective,to promote the high-class health,undoubtedly has important theoretical and practical significance for sustainable development.Cross-cultural perspective within the Xinjiang Inland high school students to study the adaptability of learning,a case study of the Wuxi QS secondary high school students,to explore the "cross-cultural learning adaptability" in Xinjiang Inland high school class students,and the inquiry in the educational context or ways of understanding.Through the use of literature research,questionnaire survey,Educational narrative research and other research methods,combined with the report of the results of the questionnaire survey and case study of narrative,focusing on cross-cultural perspective within the Xinjiang Inland high school students to adapt to the characteristics of learning,that is,the overall convergence,individual differences,factors of relevance.The internal mechanism of cross-cultural learning adaptability of Xinjiang high-class students.To explore the influence of internal and external factors of Inland high school students cross-cultural learning adaptability in Xinjiang,and then from the school,teachers and students of three different subjects,puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of improvement.Through the study,it is found that the overall learning adaptability of Xinjiang Inland high school class students is good,and the adaptability of learning condition dimension is the worst.In addition,the case in the "cross-cultural learning adaptation",although there is a different story,but it seems to have experienced a similar cross cultural conflicts.To this end,based on cross-cultural adjustment theory,the basic model of cross-cultural learning adaptation can be divided into pressure period-adjustment period-growth period.Therefore,in order to improve the Xinjiang Inland high school students with learning adaptability,the Xinjiang Inland high school students can better and faster adaptation of learning and living,Schools,teachers and students can be respectively by construction of school culture with multi-culture understanding,Developing positive mental health education,Strengthen the construction of social support system;enhance the cross-cultural awareness,Improved learning evaluation,Focus on self growth;cultivate their own resistance to pressure frustration,Learn selfpsychological adjustment,Self education in growth to improve the status of learning maladjustment.
