Nowadays, our country is carrying out the reform of elementary education which will change present situation from the discipline standard and the knowledge standard to pay attention to each student full scale development. Before the reform, we paid more attention to knowledge of chemistry discipline's teaching, but neglected to develop the students'ability. So we must change this present situation. If we are determined to change it, we have to know that using traditional educational form isn't suitable. In order to seek a more suitable kind to meet the new curriculum reform's request, suit the new classroom instruction pattern, and for student's full scale development, I chose Xinjiang Class in mainland to research the Chemistry class how to use the child teachers to teach.This research is based on the construction principle theory, the student participating in the theory, the independent theory, considering the humanism thought, facing the education thought for all the students in order to master how to study on one's own. So I made a research through the whole class. I got the following results by questionnaire survey and comparing the examination scores 1.according to the high school chemistry curriculum standard request, I have decided the child teacher teaching principles: independent principle: participation principle: determinacy principle; institutional principle and teacher macroeconomic regulation and control principle. According to each principle instruction, I made out the operations in detail: choosing a lesson, preparing the lesson, attending class, and commenting on the class, and so on. 2. With knowledge's development, classroom resources combination, classroom's reorganization, thinking activity validity, operation skillful, emotion coordinative principle; I threw light on how to carry out this teaching method in chemistry classroom instruction. 3. The findings indicate child teacher system has many advantages: (1) Through participating in teaching process, the students developed the abilities of how to find problems, how to analysis and how to solve problems. They also know information collections as well as information exchanges. Meanwhile, developing their abilities of communication and seek for new knowledge and so on. (2) The teacher has promoted the ability of knowledge reorganization through the macroscopic instruction which was used to instruct the little teacher. Not only did the teacher raise class organization but also developed professional ability. So, the teacher can recapitulate and conclude knowledge system. Problems that will come out in the process will be my further studies.
