With the rapid development of world economic globalization and informatization in the new period, Chinese economy rapid development, the modern people to accelerate the pace of work, increasing competition, the University Teachers' work load is higher than general staff.Various conflicts increasingly prominent in the influence of such pressure, the conflict between work and family issues become more and more worthy of attention. Because the work-family conflict will affect the individual physical and mental health, family happiness,personal and organizational relationships, individual job performance. Moreover, some studies have confirmed that organizational justice is an important factor to influence the work performance and a certain degree of correlation between job performance.So it is necessary to study the relationship between the work-family conflict, organizational justice and work performance of comprehensive and in-depth.At the same time,because the population characteristics of College Teachers Based on selected, so college teachers as subjects. Literature review based on system on the comb, and boldly put forward the hypothesis,analysis of demographic variables difference by T test,F test, the relationship between each variable and each dimension is analyzed by correlation analysis and regression test. Finally, the statistical analysis of following conclusion was performed by SPSS 19.0 software.1 the work-family conflict - level of College Teachers which has a doctoral degree was significantly higher than that of College teachers have master's degree and Bachelor degree;The difference is significant in different age, teaching age and title of the college teachers'organizational justice; In the scientific research performance, male teachers scored significantly higher than female teachers in Colleges and Universities; In the performance of scientific research, science university teachers scored significantly higher than liberal arts college teachers, too; The difference is significant in different age, teaching age and title of the college teachers'work;2 Work-family conflict and research performance, interpersonal relationship and promote the performance and dedication, teaching performance is significantly negative correlation.3 Job performance and organizational justice dimensions and total score were significantly positively correlated.4 Work-family conflict and procedural justice, informational justice and organizational justice scores are significantly negative correlation.5 Organizational justice has significant positive correlation with job performance,and significantly associated negatively with work-family conflict; job performance has significant positive correlation with Organizational justice and significantly associated negatively with work-family conflict; work-family conflict has significant positive correlation with Organizational justice and job performance.6 Work family conflict is through the organizational justice affect job performance,which means Organizational justice plays an intermediary role between work family conflict and job performance.
