With the development of economic, technological and industrial structure development and progress, especially after China's accession to the WTO, the economy on the path of rapid development, social demand for talents has changed. As higher vocational colleges to train technical talents, at this time must meet the requirements of the times, according to the needs of society, take the education reform, the higher vocational curriculum is the priority among priorities of reform. Related principles, theory combined with the higher vocational curriculum, with the actual situation of Harbin science and technology of Career Academy as the foundation, analysis of the existing in the curriculum of Harbin science and technology Career Academy, problems and their causes, and on this basis, put forward to improve the high vocational curriculum recommendations.This paper mainly includes the introduction and the body (second, three or four), the first part is the introduction, describes the research background, significance, research status, ideas,methods and characteristics. The second part, the basic connotation of curriculum offering of Higher Vocational Colleges and the characteristic, emphasizes the principle of the curriculum and the related theory. The third part, combined with the actual situation of Harbin science and technology at the Career Academy, points out to set higher vocational education problems,and analyzes the reasons for these problems. The fourth part, on the basis of research and analysis, put forward the measures to improve higher vocational courses.
