With the in-depth development of higher vocational education curriculum reform, it has gradually indicated that the curriculum has played a great important role in the realization of cultivation objective orientation. However, the reform and innovation of the curriculum is the centre of this curriculum models. Current higher vocational education curriculum models of our region mainly have the curriculum models of subject, the curriculum models of "double evidence", the curriculum models of the position leading and project promoting and so on. However all kinds of the curriculum models have its drawbacks:the curriculum models of subject overemphasizes "knowledge standard"; the curriculum models of "double evidence" lacks policy support and it is very difficult to implement and the curriculum models of the position leading and project promoting has some difficulties in teachers and teaching of project. The cultivated students can not meet the requirements of the posts and the graduates can not be accepted by the market and employment Quality is low. The curriculum models of higher vocational education should be based on its training objectives and should train technical talents, skilled talents and technical personnel of professional post demand according to the actual need of production, construction, management and service and the characteristic of professional.Through resolving Current higher vocational education curriculum models of our region to find the reasons, and some practical measures were brought forward. From the angle of curriculum models, the author found the sticking point of systematic bias between the Needs of the Society and the training quality of talents, and some effective measures are put forward. The author comes to a conclusion by comparing the problems and measures of each of curriculum models. All kinds of curriculum models are necessary for the different specialized field. The paper encourages diversity of the higher vocational education curriculum models because the variety of vocation results the importance of the variety's curriculum models. In fact, the variety of vocation is difference in working process of vocation and technology from different vocation. These differences will lead to the difference of curriculum models of professional education. This will declare that it is necessary that the variety's curriculum models exists. However, scientific and multi-curriculum models will propel the development of higher vocational education and play a great important role in the development of higher vocational education and exploring higher vocational education curriculum models of our region. And scientific and multi-curriculum models will be of significance for immature higher vocational education in Inner Mongolia.
