Call for innovative talents in the information age,require individual learning autonomy.Reform of the new curriculum’s core philosophy is people-oriented,help teachers focus on students ’ learning process student development-oriented,develop their self-learning ability and their learning styles,students are good at learning.A geometric growth in knowledge nowadays,human life is inseparable from learning.this requires that the people living in them,should have independent learning,lifelong learning skills.However,the survey found that junior high school students ’ autonomous learning ability in General.In the existing teaching model based on improving student’s ability of autonomous learning,is the pursuit of teaching.In order to define the definition of autonomous learning.Firstly,this study through the literature about the development of autonomous learning,and defined the core of students ’ autonomous learning in secondary school is to build a knowledge structure.Mind mapping relies on simple graphics,various lines,keywords,color,and so on of the learners ’ thought processes explicit,knowledge visualization,so that knowledge can be a vivid display,forming organized,hierarchical knowledge structure.This coincided with the requirement of independent study,provides a theoretical basis for the in-depth research.Study on junior high school students to study in a middle school in Kaifeng city,to use thinking maps training junior high school students explores the biological ability of autonomous learning.This research to build knowledge,and practice.Firstly,explain the mind map,to provide students with some understanding.Secondly,the use of mind mapping assistant teaching and deepen student understanding,let students hand-drawn mind maps.Finally,the students can independently draw,build knowledge structures.By achievement tests,material analysis,interviews and other methods on the evaluation of teaching practice.Through the research,mind map-aided teaching in a wide variety of knowledge from an overall analysis of information,access to key information,extract keywords,find the logical relationships between concepts,students quickly translate new knowledge into their knowledge and enhance interest and confidence in learning,experience the success of learning.However,when using mind map-aided teaching,teachers should pay attention to its scope,and strengthen their own learning and application of mind maps,establish the mind map library,provides a richer visual resources for teaching.
