With the rapid development of informatization technology in modern society,it has penetrated into every aspect of society.Education,as an important part of the society,is also an organic combination of information technology.The application of information technology has brought about great changes in all aspects of education.At present,most of the schools in our country take traditional paper test as a main evaluation for students.The biggest problem of traditional paper test is that students cannot receive feedback timely after they finish it.But interactive self-directed test can effectively solve this problem.By relevant information technology,popup window can be set up to greatly enhance its interactivity,pictures and videos can be insert to increase its intuitiveness and interest.The self-directed test fully mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm and make students more devoted.This thesis is divided into six parts.In the first part,the author introduces the background of the research,the current situation at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of the research.In the second part,the author defines the core concept of the thesis,expounds the relevant theoretical basis,and introduces the ActiveX in PowerPoint.In the third part,the author chooses one section from high school biology,makes an interactive high school biology self-directed test and introduces a detailed description on how to make it.In the fourth part,after students complete the interactive self-directed test,the author issues questionnaires to ask their opinions and suggestions,and the results were collected and analyzed.As for the teachers,the author conducts interviews with them to understand and collect their views and suggestions on interactive selfdirected test.In the fifth part,based on the data,the author makes a summary of the use of interactive self-directed test,and draws the conclusion.Finally,the author summarizes the whole research,and puts forward the deficiencies in the process of discovery,and prospects for the future research field.In this thesis,the author chose one section from high school biology,and made an interactive self-directed test based on PowerPoint.The author wanted to know the possibility that interactive self-directed test can be used as a kind of new education evaluation methods in biology teaching via knowing the opinions and suggestions proposed by teachers and students in the interactive selfdirected test.Through analyzing the questionnaires and interviews,the majority of students believe that interactive self-directed test based on PowerPoint is a new way of education evaluation.Through setting up,students can get feedback immediately after completing it,and then students can check themselves and make up for their shortages.The author believes that the application of interactive self-directed test in senior high school biology teaching has its obvious advantages,this study will provide some reference for biology teachers to use interactive self-directed test as an educational evaluation.
