Sports Non-material Cultural Heritage Stakeholders Interests Appeal And Performance Of The Path

From the promulgation of the 2003 Document on the Protection of the Intangible Cultural Heritage,and then to the Opinions on the Implementation of the Development of Excellent Traditional Culture in China in 2017,it is evident that the country is paying more and more attention to the management of intangible cultural heritage protection and Participation mechanism,many scholars are also committed to mining,remediation and protection of intangible cultural heritage.This paper studies the non-material cultural heritage of national sports in Hebei province as the research object,using the method of literature,questionnaire survey,field investigation,interview and logic analysis.Directory: Yongnian Yang Taijiquan,Xingtai plum blossom boxing,Hengshui poke martial arts,deep state Xingyi Quan,Cangzhou martial arts,Langfang Bagua palm,Xiongxian Yingzhao turn sub-boxing and other field research,Through the use of "stakeholder theory" to explore the purpose of this paper: First,who is the sports intangible cultural heritage of the stakeholders;the second is the analysis of the sports intangible cultural heritage stakeholders between the interests of the demands;The third is to explore the sports non-material cultural heritage stakeholders to fulfill the path.Research indicates:(1)This paper studies the classification of sports intangible cultural heritage stakeholders into three levels: core,dormant and marginal,and firmly believes that the active state of stakeholders will directly or indirectly affect the protection and development of sports intangible cultural heritage.(2)The interests of the non-material cultural heritage stakeholders are mainly reflected in: First,the public interest and profitability of the interests of the demands;Second,the honor and performance of the interests of the demands and that these two interests can directly or indirectly Affect the economy and ecology of modern society,and have a positive impact on human social activities.(3)Based on the analysis model of stakeholders,this paper studies the analysis model of the intangible cultural heritage stakeholders and the social responsibility pyramid model of sports non-survivors,which explains the interests and interests of the core,dormant and marginal stakeholders Social contract.(4 Through the analysis of the interests of non-material cultural heritage stakeholders,to explore the three aspects of the implementation of the path: First,multi-directional empowerment mechanism;Second,the sustainable development of the inheritance mechanism;Third,strategic partners win mechanism.
