Research On The Archiving And Protection Of Sports Intangible Cultural Heritage In China

As an important part of intangible cultural heritage,sports intangible cultural heritage is a traditional sports cultural expression,physical object and space with important cultural,educational,fitness and other values that is jointly created and passed down from generation to generation by the people of all ethnic groups across the country in the long-term production and life practice.With the acceleration of economic globalization and cultural diversification,Chinese and foreign sports and cultural exchanges have become increasingly frequent,creating conditions for the international dissemination of China’s sports intangible cultural heritage,and at the same time,under the impact of foreign sports culture,the survival and inheritance space of China’s sports intangible cultural heritage has also been squeezed.Coupled with excessive commercialization and unscientific protection behavior,it further weakens the mass foundation and cultural foundation of China’s sports intangible cultural heritage.Archival protection is to record and present important cultural resources such as cultural genes,ethnic characteristics and historical memory carried by sports intangible cultural heritage in the form of archives through writing,audio recording,video recording and other forms,so that sports intangible cultural heritage can be retained and protected across time and space,which is conducive to stimulating the endogenous power and vitality of the inheritance and protection of sports intangible cultural heritage,and promoting the living inheritance and continuation of sports intangible cultural heritage.This study uses the research methods such as literature research method,field investigation method,expert interview method,case analysis method,and systematic research method,based on the theories and methods of archival science,management,cultural heritage,physical education and other disciplines,based on field investigation and in-depth interview materials,combined with the concept,connotation and content characteristics of sports intangible cultural heritage archives,and conducts in-depth discussion and research on the archival protection of China’s sports intangible cultural heritage around the core issues of “why to file”,“who to file” and “how to file”,etc.It can provide reference and reference for the archiving and protection of China’s sports intangible cultural heritage.The main contents are as follows:First,drawing on the classification method of item groups and the Classification Law of Chinese Libraries,combining the essential attributes and forms of expression of sports intangible cultural heritage,taking into account the need for information collection of sports intangible cultural heritage,the sports intangible cultural heritage is divided into 12 categories,such as martial arts,dance,health care,balls,competition,archery,chess and card,aerial,horse skills,running and jumping,water and ice activities,folk festivals,etc.,and the 5 batches of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage Representative List have been published.The intangible cultural heritage items of the Chinese sports are classified.Second,based on the deep understanding and grasp of the concept,connotation and characteristics of sports intangible cultural heritage,the physical,local,ethnic,and collective characteristics of sports intangible cultural heritage are analyzed and proposed;and on this basis,the content characteristics of sports intangible cultural heritage archives are further explained.In view of the question of “why to file”,it is boiled down to four aspects: it can preserve and supplement the information resources of sports intangible cultural heritage and build a traditional sports social memory;it can broaden the channels for the inheritance and development of sports intangible cultural heritage and cultivate traditional cultural successors;it can tap the potential economic value of sports intangible cultural heritage and improve the productive service capacity;it can enhance the cross-cultural dissemination efficiency of sports intangible cultural heritage and highlight the soft power of Chinese culture.Third,through the combination of field investigation,literature research and network survey,grasp the current practice of archiving and protection of sports intangible cultural heritage,and analyze the responsible subjects,realization methods,main contents,development and utilization of sports intangible cultural heritage archiving protection,revealing that the current sports intangible cultural heritage archiving protection faces the lack of unified archiving standards,the lack of resource sharing channels,the deviation of subject value cognition,the shortage of special funds for archiving,and the weak professional guidance force.Laws and regulations are not yet perfect and other practical problems.Fourth,in view of the existing problems,the study combines the classification of sports intangible cultural heritage and the content characteristics of its archives,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.The first is to establish operational standards for the archiving and protection of sports intangible cultural heritage: build classification standards for sports intangible cultural heritage archives;formulate standards for the scope of sports intangible cultural heritage archiving;and standardize the process of archiving and protection of sports intangible cultural heritage.The second is to optimize the implementation path for the archival protection of sports intangible cultural heritage: strengthen archival publicity and education,enhance the awareness of the archival protection of sports intangible cultural heritage;clarify the relationship between the responsibilities and rights of the main body,optimize the organizational system for the archiving of sports intangible cultural heritage;build a collaborative sharing platform to establish a dynamic database of sports intangible cultural heritage.The third is to improve the guarantee mechanism for the archiving and protection of sports intangible cultural heritage:establish and improve the legal system,formulate a special legal system for the archiving and protection of sports intangible cultural heritage;increase the intensity of fund raising,set up special support funds for the archiving and protection of sports intangible cultural heritage;innovate talent training mechanisms,and build a team of professional talents for the archiving and protection of sports intangible cultural heritage.
