The teacher-student relationship is the most basic form of relationship in school education practice,which comes into being with the emergence of education and runs through the whole process of educational development.With the development of society,under the erosion of instrumental rationality and other social alienation rationality,seeking the maximization of personal interests has gradually evolved into an important code of conduct for social subjects.Under this background,the development of teacher-student relationship has also produced a series of alienation problems,such as unidirectional,lack of intersubjectivity,alienation and utilitarian under the guidance of instrumental rationality.However,as an important educational resource,the existence and development of teacher-student relationship will directly affect the quality of school education and have an important impact on the development of education.Therefore,how to solve the alienation of teacher-student relationship under the guidance of instrumental rationality and improve the quality of school education has become the common aspiration of the whole society for the future development of education.Jurgen Habermas,a famous contemporary western Marxist and the main representative of the second generation of Frankfurt School,put forward the famous communicative rationality in view of the social crisis of late capitalism,based on the background sources of the expansion of instrumental rationality,the decline of philosophy of consciousness,and the nurture of traditional theories.In essence,communicative rationality,as a kind of communicative rationality between subjects,aims to rationalize human's social behavior on the basis of following or conforming to communicative rationality,and then gradually get rid of the colonization of the life world,solve the rationalization crisis of society and return to the communicative life world.At the same time,communicative rationality is the basis of Habermas' theory of modernity,which occupies the core position in the whole theoretical system.For example,universal pragmatics in linguistics,communicative philosophy in philosophy,rationalization of social life in sociology and so on,all contain the shadow of communicative rationality more or less.This study will mainly revolve around the nature of rationality between subjects,as experience places "life world" communicative rationality as well as the implementation of the carrier "communicative action" such substantive connotation,and contains the universal pragmatics and negotiation ethics,including the main generating conditions of communicative rationality,on habermas' s communicative rationality in detail,and then to obtain a more comprehensive understanding of communicative rationality.Through the understanding of Habermas communicative rationality and the examination of the current problems of teacher-student relationship,in order to solve the current problems of teacher-student relationship,we can change the teacher-student relationship under the guidance of instrumental rationality to the guidance of communicative rationality.However,it is necessary to discuss whether the reasonableness of the teacher-student relationship is appropriate from the perspective of communicative rationality.Through the research,it is found that communicative rationality can provide a solid theoretical foundation for the rational transformation of teacher-student relationship from the level of verbal dialogue,relationship norms,subject communication and field background,so that the applicability of teacher-student relationship construction under the communicative rationality can be guaranteed.Therefore,based on the reasonableness of the teacher-student relationship construction,the effective path to solve the teacher-student relationship problems from the perspective of communicative rationality can be explored from the following aspects: the one-way education indoctrination into two-way teacher-student dialogue;On the basis of developing the subjectivity of teachers and students,the relationship between subjects is established;To develop educational communication activities based on teachers and students;Constructing the educational life world on which the relationship between teachers and students depends.
