Classroom teaching is a basis of university education,which is the main way for students to receive higher education.Professor ZhongQiquan has said,“Only the educational reform starts with classroom teaching,which could be possible effective classroom creating and new learning community creating.” The core of improving higher education quality is improving talent cultivating quality,and the key of improving talent cultivating quality is improving the quality of teaching.So we need to start with classroom teaching to carry out the effective teaching and comprehensive teaching reform.Improve teaching effect and achieve the improving of talent cultivating quality.Nowadays,the teaching effect of universities' classroom teaching is inefficient,affected by traditional teaching model,which is unable to satisfy the need for high-quality creative talent.Based on this phenomenon,the author to BH university primary education major as an example,based on the analysis of effective teaching theory and the related literature both at home and abroad,this paper expounds the current BH university present situation and existing problems of classroom teaching and put forward the strategy of the ascending university classroom teaching effectiveness.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is introduction,this part mainly includes the questions,the literature review,research ideas,research methods,the innovation of this article,and the definition.The second part is the study of the theory of the effectiveness of classroom teaching,analyses the basic theory of effective teaching and effective teaching connotation and features of the standard of this classroom teaching effectiveness is defined.The third part is the current BH university primary school education professional investigation and analysis of the effectiveness of classroom teaching,through classroom observation,the student questionnaire and teacher interview survey of way to fully understand the current status of classroom teaching,at the same time from the school,teachers,students,three sides facing the current problems existing in the classroom teaching for attribution analysis.The fourth part is the university classroom teaching improve the effectiveness of the strategy,aimed at the current problems existing in the classroom teaching effectiveness,and that mainly from improve the professional quality of teachers themselves,improve study quality of college students themselves as well as the reform of school teaching and management system to improve the current university classroom teaching effectiveness.
