In the ideal of the education, there is no poor student we can’t teach well, only the incompetent teacher. In the theory of education, there is a principle called the school, family, society should form the resultant force of education. In the practice of education, there’s a pair of irreconcilable contradictions, which is the contradiction between teachers and parents. Students are the main body and core of education, and the interpersonal ties between teachers and parents. The relationship of teachers and parents has important influence on children. Based on the needs of children, this paper analysis phenomenon, summarize the reasons, put forward suggestions, for enhancing the scientific nature of exchanges between teachers and parents.Based on the understanding on the need, the definition of children’s need is conditions of the healthy development of children’s body, psychology and the social activities. Through literature research and practical investigation, children’s needs are divided into four categories:survival needs, life needs, development needs and the need to transcend. Characteristics of children’s needs are, stage crucially, integrity and diversity, universality and diversity, consciousness and dependence.Teachers and parents’ communication can be roughly divided into three types:harmonious coexistence; confrontation; mutual estrangement. From the perspective of children’s needs, a lot of problems can be discovered. This paper focused on the ignorance of children need. Through real cases show, this paper analysis the education phenomenon combined with the characteristics and content of children’s needs.Children need to return in the communication of teachers and parents. As the main body of children’s education, teachers and parents should attach great importance to the need of children, establish a correct view of children’s needs, and pay attention to the needs of children in communication of teachers and parents.
