Research On Law-Related Education Of Junior School Students

With the progress in governing by law and popularizing-law education,the law-related education has becoming indispensable,and the law-related education of junior school students have been a major concern in our society.It is not only the necessary of junior school students' self-protection,but also the necessary of socialism legal country's construction.But from where we stand,many issues still existing in junior school students' law-related education.In this paper,we adopt the use of literature research and case analysis,from the following three parts on the rule of law education of junior middle school students.The first part of this article introduces the implications and distinctions of law legal institution,rule of law,law education,legal education,law-related education,and the meaning and significance of law-related education in junior school students.It is also expounds the significance of law-related education: the necessary of junior school students forming correct ideas of rule by law,the necessary of junior school students regularizing legal acts,and the necessary of constructing socialist legal state.The second part explains content of law-related education of junior school students.It mainly includes law consciousness education to junior,legal knowledge education to junior,junior school students' rights and obligations education,and law-abiding education to junior.It comprehensively expounds juniors' law-related education content in four aspects: legal consciousness,legal knowledge,rights and obligations,and law-abiding.The last part expounds the strategies of junior school students' law-related education.It indicates the law-related education should take classroom teaching as a center,take school education as a channel,take social education as a supplement,and take family education as a link.
