Ministry of Education has promulgated and enacted Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard in 2011.Except some forms,this curriculum standard has two prominent charges from the last standard.One of them is to improve the basic skills,from two to four.Among them,people pay close attention to”basic idea”.There are plenty of model ideas in the process of simple equation teaching.As one of primary school keywords,mathematical model is also one of basic mathematical idea.After learning the history and current situation of mathematical model and equation teaching,this thesis is talking about some problems of simple equation teaching.For example,the low emotional attitude of students to simple equation learning,poor understanding and mastery degree to idea,low application consciousness,less importance to model thought for teachers and teacher-centered teaching mode,which causes to students' low application skills.Due to this situation,this thesis,guided by new curriculum idea,will expound mathematical model in details firstly.Then it points out some problems of simple equation teaching and find the exact reason,by questionnaire survey and teacher interview to know the current condition of simple equation teaching.Finally,this thesis comes up with design philosophy of simple equation teaching,combined with students' physical and mental development characteristics.From the above analysis,this thesis puts forward teaching design and implement of simple equation in the basis of mathematical idea.And it has a discussion towards implementation effect.Finally,from the above analysis and summary,it gives some corresponding advice as follow:1)Carry out the daily teaching combined with mathematical modeling.2)Organize mathematical modeling activities combined with the specific equation content.3)Infiltrate mathematical model in part combined with teaching situation.4)Highlight application conscious combined with actual life.
