| With the rapid development of modernization and the city,China's family structure,family culture,family function are changed at the same time lead to some family problems,such as the couple separated in different places,extramarital affairs,family violence,parent-child conflict,children's education also followed,attracted wide attention of the society.The application of social work in foreign countries has formed a very mature system for solving family problems.Compared with social work in China started late,development is not perfect,as well as a new force in China to solve the family problems,social work can play its due role and how effective social work intervention of poor families poor parent-child relationship is the main problem the author focuses on the relationship between parents and children in poor families.This study focuses on the family social work perspective,using the method of case study and action research,practice study on poor families bad parent-child relationship.A poor family will be exposed to the first in the RF service center to participate in a project in the service process as the research object,under the guidance of family system theory and Satir theory,through the literature on the poor parent-child relationship and social work intervention research review the parent-child relationship of poor families then,the performance of non structured interview method,participant observation method to collect relevant data and cases and family problems,and the main case together to develop the service plan,and start implementing the intervention,the intervention process is the main contact period,from the Satir transformation period,a period of consolidation treatment in three stages intervention and effect evaluation.Finally,through the evaluation of the process and effect of the whole service,we can draw a conclusion that the Satir model can effectively solve the problem of poor parent-child relationship. |
