Research On College Students’ Entrepreneurship In The Background Of Public Entreprenurship

In the context of China’s economic downward pressure increase,the transformation of the parties involved in the context of transformation,the employment problem has become an important issue related to the people’s livelihood,especially the employment of college students,the government must now face one of the problems.In order to stabilize employment,the government put forward the "public entrepreneurship,innovation",the purpose is to create more jobs through the whole people to solve the current employment problems,promote sustained and healthy economic development.Under the background of this era,college students become one of the hot issues in education and academia.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the students’ entrepreneurial view.In this paper,the author analyzes the three motivations,entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial ability of the study through the literature research and expert interviews.In this paper,based on Marx’s theory of human development,the value of ideological and political education,Under the guidance of the theory of demand level,combined with the relevant literature and learn from other scholars of the research results,the design of the survey survey scale,the Huazhong Agricultural University students in 600 students to carry out empirical investigation,and the government,the school is responsible for the work of the teacher And the students were interviewed in the field.The data and results of the survey were sorted out.The data were analyzed by factor matrix analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,regression analysis and variance analysis of SPSS17.0 software.The present situation and the existing problems and the influencing factors of college students’ entrepreneurial view under the background of entrepreneurship,and finally explores the ways of establishing the correct entrepreneurial view of college students and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that:(1)the grade,professional and family background are significant differences in the entrepreneurial view of college students,while gender and entrepreneurial experience are not significant but have significant influence on the difference of entrepreneurial view of college students;(2)government environment,school environment,(3)There is a positive correlation between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention,and the entrepreneurial motivation is positively correlated with the entrepreneurial ability,and the entrepreneurial intention is positively correlated with the entrepreneurial ability.(3)There is a positive correlation between entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial intention.(5)the overall entrepreneurial environment is better,but the social environment and the lack of corporate environment,the impact of the entrepreneurial concept of college students(4)the overall entrepreneurial view of college students in good condition,but the entrepreneurial motivation lack of collective concept,entrepreneurial intention is not clear,lack of entrepreneurial ability;This paper puts forward the following countermeasures: pay attention to the cultivation of entrepreneurial view,help college students to establish a new concept of entrepreneurship;form a broad team together to create a new pattern of entrepreneurship.
