The Development And Application Of The Peizhi School Lower Grade Sports Teaching Content

The content of physical education is an important part of special education,the extensive development of physical education teaching content can not only cultivate the students' interest in sports,but also improve the overall quality of students.In this study the content of physical education is the foundation of sports skills and sports activities(Special Olympics,group)two types of teaching content.This study uses a variety of research methods of literature research method,questionnaire method,action method,case study method,in order to cultivate junior students with intellectual disabilities exercise capacity,physical quality as the goal,according to the characteristics and development of low grade students with mental retardation in mentally retarded school physical development needs,to develop the basic sports skills and sports activities(Special Olympics,group)two kinds of sports teaching content of different types,through the sports curriculum,implementation approaches,training methods and other aspects of the selection and application of empirical analysis of the effect of a preliminary attempt and Exploration on the teaching content of physical education,efforts for the mentally retarded,PE teachers to provide effective and feasible education teaching methods.Selection of teaching contents in this study are in accord with the age characteristics of low grade students,ability level and social adaptation ability based on level,identify the starting point each student learning and learning the basic sports skills and sports activities,the design of a learning period of 4 sports theme including "move forward","run small warriors" Special Olympics "and" small "happy" will go up fitness,basic motor skills,running alternately running obstacle is simple and intuitive,compensatory into sports games;the football shooting,ball games with Special Olympics project "joy to the World Cup","Miss" and other sports activities the form of show.And through a semester of junior physical education,the 4 theme of the selected teaching contents for practical application.The basic sports skills of physical education teaching content in the practical application of intuitive image,easy to lower grade students with physical disabilities to imitate the physical exercise.The teaching content from easy to difficult,from simple to complex, through repeated practice,the students' sports skills have been improved.Sports activities(Special Olympics,group)the contents of sports teaching in practice to help students pay attention to guide learning and accumulation,the classroom from the classroom,playground,rehabilitation training room slowly migrate to multiple scenes,the game teaching,enhance the initiative and enthusiasm of students,improve flexibility and the body's coordination,improve the students' physical quality and reduce the negative emotions and behavior of students.In addition,in the same theme in teaching,teaching forms will be based on physical and psychological characteristics of the students,the students' learning ability is different on the basis of the teaching content according to the needs of students of different types of collocation use,and achieved good results.
