Special education is a cause that is highly valued by the party and the government.In December 2016,the Ministry of Education officially released the “Compulsory Education Curriculum Standards for Peizhi School(2016 Edition)”(hereinafter referred to as “Puizhi Curriculum Standards”).The promulgation of the "Peizhi Curriculum Standard" provides a reference blueprint for the curriculum of the school.How to transform the "Peizhi Course Standard" into a flexible teaching and implement it into the specific teaching is the realistic appeal of the new curriculum standard.This study takes the design and practice of the 1-3 grade sports and health curriculum of Peizhi School as the starting point,and comprehensively uses the research methods such as literature analysis and action research to carry out the research results and existing problems of the sports and health curriculum of the Peizhi School at home and abroad.Combing,summarize and analyze,according to the "Peizhi Curriculum Standard",the physical and mental development characteristics of students with intellectual disabilities in grades 1-3and the actual situation of the school,and theoretical design of the 1-3 grade sports and health curriculum of Peizhi School,and On this basis,the students with mental retardation of grades 1-3 were used as experimental subjects to conduct the action research of the 1-3 grade sports and health curriculum for the students of 1-3 grade mental retardation.Finally,the theory of 1-3 grade sports and health curriculum based on the cognitive development theory of psychology,the theory of biological human development,the mastery of pedagogy and the adaptive sports theory of physical education were established.The four-dimensional goals and contents in the "Peace Curriculum Standards" were used as the curriculum objectives and contents of the three types of intellectual disability students;the three major curriculum teaching strategies,the five major curriculum teaching principles,the four major curriculum evaluation principles and the three major courses were established.The evaluation method;through the data analysis of the 22-week teaching action study of Puzhi School students with grades 1-3,found that in addition to the body mass index(BMI)and vital capacity,PuzhiSchool students with grade 1-3 mental retardation were Significant improvements in grip strength,flexibility,and balance have confirmed the effectiveness of the 1-3 grade sports and health curriculum at the School of Perception;through interviews and case studies,it has been demonstrated that the 1-3 grade sports and health curriculum at Peizhi School has Feasibility and strong operability;through the "home-school cooperation and co-education" model,it is verified that the rational use of parent resources can effectively promote training 1 school-grades 3 development of sports and health courses;special physical education teachers have a solid foundation of professional knowledge,teaching skills and communication skills are excellent sports and health courses to complete an important guarantee.
