With the rapid development of network and information technology,the application of multimedia courseware in geography teaching is more and more popular.Multimedia courseware combines text,animation,pictures,video and other information which makes the abstract into the concrete.It is easy for students to understand and grasp the knowledge,improving the efficiency of the teaching.However,from the current situation of the development of multimedia teaching,there are a series of problems in the application of multimedia courseware as the courseware is unqualified,the teacher is irresponsible,the material is beyond teaching materials.It limits the advantages of the multimedia teaching and reduces the teaching quality.Through literature review,this thesis summarizes the four main problems in multimedia teaching : technologism,formalism,lack of geographical concept and content,rough technology of courseware making.Hindering by these problems,it is difficult to cultivate the ability of students,failing to reaching the requirements of the reform of new curriculum and the college entrance examination.For this reason,this article is based on the main problems of multimedia teaching,taking Flash as an example,this thesis makes a study on the optimization of multimedia courseware,from three aspects: the idea of making the courseware,the production plan and the production techniques,to meet the new demand for the development of education of multimedia teaching.This thesis is divided into four parts,the main body is in chapter two and three.Chapter two mainly deplores on the optimization strategy of Flash courseware through three aspects as the production of ideas,programs and techniques;Chapter three is based on the case of Flash courseware.Through the analysis on practical cases,it canprove that whether the optimized courseware is beneficial to the cultivation of students' ability and quality.
