Today under the background of "cultural freedom of a diversified world",there is a great appeal for the regional culture inheritance.Through the reform of education system,the regional culture inheritance has been implemented at the macro level as far as possible.However,the regional culture inheritance in the micro level differs in the actual teaching due to the specific situation of each school.Based on the practical investigation and research of 20 elementary school in Guangzhou,this thesis explores the Lingnan Culture inherited in art curriculum in elementary school from multidisciplinary perspective.By using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire,interview and so on,the author studied the Lingnan Culture inheritance presented in the curriculum system with the use of the modern classroom teaching in the form of observation,comparison and analysis.This thesis is divided into four parts:The first part introduced the background and the significance of the selected topic.The core concepts and the relevant research status quo of "regional culture and art courses " are defined.And then the thinking method of this study has been put forward.The second part discusses the realistic basis of development of Lingnan Culture art curriculum from the view of school education requirement and cultural inheritance function along with an uneven regional development of the school art education in our country.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the Lingnan Culture inherited in the art course from the respective of the institutional guarantee,and curriculum requirements.The definition of the resources for Lingnan Culture and art curriculum is the realistic foundation of the basic framework of curriculum resources.The third part illustrates the present situation of art curriculum inheriting Lingnan Culture in the primary school through analyzing the actual research and results.The fourth part explores the common practice of Lingnan Culture inherited in the art curriculum in primary school.From the curriculum setting and teaching material presenting,the current situation of Lingnan Culture and art course has been analyzed.This paper also summarizes the three ongoing implementation model of art course inheriting Lingnan Culture.This paper studied for a valid path to inherit the Cantonese Culture under the case study of Great South Road Primary School.It also mentioned that operation mechanism of art curriculum inheriting Lingnan Culture in the primary school remains to be perfect and related suggestions has been put forward in this part.To sum up,this thesis explores a possible way to generate a positive developing path and a circulating mechanism in inheriting Lingnan Culture into art curriculum of the primary school education.
