Teacher-student relationship is an important part of schooling.Teacher-student relationship,especially Care Type Teacher-student relationship,plays an essential part in students' understanding of subject learning,students' caring about his health and improvement and teachers' seeking of education and the happiness.Traditional schooling can't satisfy the needs of currant society on both subject learning which is aimed at improving the intelligence and students' moral education.We are approaching a post-modern society,the establishment of care type student and teacher relationship is an effective way to solve the problems above.This research uses Educational Narrative Research to study the establishment of care type student and teacher relationship.The object of this research is the author himself.The author worked in a senior high school in Hengshui and has worked in a senior high school in Changchun.The author has been working as a headteacher since 2007.During the ten years' work as a headteacher,the author nearly communicate with students everyday.The author's major task is to communicate with students.The author tries to show the process of the establishment of care type student and teacher relationship with narrative research method which is meant to be beneficial to other teachers.The research mainly studies the care type student and teacher relationship based on Nel Noddings' Caring Theory.Some of the key points of the research are the concept and contents of care type student and teacher relationship and Nel Noddings' propositions about it.The care type student and teacher relationship consists of two parts,namely the teacher who offers care and the student who receive care from the teacher.One of the factors of the establishment of the care type student and teacher relationship is the unconditional love of teacher,while the other one is the reaction of the student to the care.Only when the student reacts to the care is the relationship established.The key part of this research tells four stories taken from the author's ten years' teaching experiences,which are about the establishment of the care type student and teacher relationship.The author does some reflection and analyses of 4 stories of care type student and teacher relationship.In later chapters the author gives some suggestions on how to establish care type student and teacher relationship based on the author's thinking.Throughout the whole process of the research,the author expresses his thinking about the reaction and the Inter subjectivity in the care type student and teacher relationship.
