As an important interpersonal relationship,the relationship between teachers and students not only has a great influence on the individual life developments of the teachers and students,but also the construction and development of the school.Teachers and students are two important practical bodies in education activities,and their relationship directly influences the results of teaching and the comprehensive development of both sides.However,there are still some incongruous phenomena,such as indifference,tension and even conflict between teachers and students in current educational reality.In order to effectively improve the problems that exist in the relationship between teachers and students,the author chooses a characteristic training school W in city C as the object of investigation and the research.Through finding and analyzing the problems and the reasons existing in the current school,the author tries to explore the caring type teacher-student relationship based on the care theory and the important value of this kind of teacher-student relationship.What's more,the author pays more attention to providing some methods and strategies to build the caring type teacher-student relationship in the training school.The full text is divided into four parts:Part of the beginning: mainly introduced the background of this research;then collect and summarize some literature related to this thesis.Including the research of the care theory of Nodding's;the study of the relationship between teachers and students;the research of the caring type teacher-student relationship and the evaluation about these researches and something related to.This paper introduces two research methods: literature method and questionnaire survey method.By illustrating the theoretical and practical significance of this study,the shortcomings of current research and the innovation of this paper are found.The first part: Interpret the theoretical basis of the relationship between teachers and students: focus on explaining the basic contents of Neil's Care Theory,including the connotation of teacher-student relationship and Care Theory,the generation background of Caring Theory,the significance and the characteristics of Care Theory and the evaluation and influence of Care Theory.And study the great value of the caring type teacher-student relationship.Including the connotation of caring type teacher-student relationship,the main characters and value of caring type teacher-student relationship.The second part: To talk about the basic overview of the current situation and the causes of the problems which exist in the training school.Through the way of questionnaire and interview to W school where located in C city,analyzing the problems of teacher-student relationship in this school and summarizing the causes.As well as the expectations of the new relationship between teachers and students and so on.The third part: Explore some practical strategies to build the caring type teacher-student relationship under the guidance of care theory in the training school.Mainly including the school,teachers,students,curriculum,school policy and student's parents these parts.
