Any kind of teaching reform and the innovation of teaching theory,or the changes of teaching ideas,the first is to update the view of teachers,students and the relationships of teachers-students.Nel-Noddings is a famous contemporary American philosopher of education,The theory of caring education is the concentrated expression of her educational thoughts.we usually talk about Noddings's educational thinking,in fact,refers to her theory of caring education.The theory of caring education is mainly to study and reflect on the current situation of lack of "caring" in current social and school education.It is influenced by the humanistic philosophy of education,ethics and postmodernist sociology.At the end of the 20th century,the theory has a significant impact on the western educational theory genre.The theory of caring education focuses on the role of care in school education,re-positioning the role of teachers and students in the teaching process and believes that "care" is an important clue to the growth of teacher-student relationship.Under the influence and guidance of Noddings's "caring education",teachers are constantly examining their roles in the teaching process with new ideas;students are no longer passive to accept knowledge,but have independent life of individual.At present,the study of Noddings's educational thoughts at home and abroad is mainly based on the whole research,while the research on teacher and student view is relatively few.This paper intends to use the literature research method to discuss and analyze the concept of teacher and student in Noddings' educational thought,so as to understand the teachers,students and their relationship in the process of education to give some enlightenment to the construction of the modern concept of teachers and students.Noddings's teacher-student view mainly includes the teacher view,the student view,the teacher-student relationship three parts.In the view of the Noddings,the teacher in the teaching relations bear the responsibility of the caretaker,is the curriculum constructor,to cultivate the concept of caring ideas;students are individuals with uniqueness and completeness;teacher-student relationship with continuity,inequality and mutual characteristics.The establishment of good teacher-student relationship is not only the teacher's own power can be completed,but also students,schools and other efforts.Noddings's teacher and student view provides important enlightenment to the construction of modern teacher-student relationship:it can promote the establishment of good teacher-student relationship by improving the quality of teachers' care and cultivating students' care quality and creating a good caring campus.
