| Of rapid development in our country’s economic boom,social environment,the economic entity especially manufacturing also continues to surge in demand for higher vocational talents,objectively led to the development of vocational education in China to improve the speed and scale and expand,has occupied half of higher education field.Although at present the development of vocational education in our country,but the training quality and development condition have been mixed.Rapid pace of development lead to the emergence of a series of negative problems,this is one of the most prominent and most social attention is the quality problems in the teaching of higher vocational education.Needless to say,with the speeding up of the present scale of development in higher vocational college,the number of students increased dramatically,the quantity and quality of teachers did not keep pace with the development of the it,thus cause the overall decline in the quality of teaching,and in the process of rapid development in higher vocational college,due to the influence of traditional ideas,the development of sports education largely have been ignored,therefore,physical education teaching in the lag phenomenon,seriously affected the process of development of sports teaching reform.To this end,this paper,taking Shijiazhuang city as the research object,the teaching of higher vocational college physical education and to Shijiazhuang vocational college by 10 10 sports officials,50 sports teachers,600 students as the investigation object.Using the method of documentary,investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,construction of higher vocational college sports teachers,sports curriculum implementation,sports facilities,some countermeasures for developing the students’ learning,physical education teaching aspect and so on are analyzed respectively,so as to Shijiazhuang vocational college of physical education teaching theory and reference for the reform and development.The results of the study are as follows:1.The proportion of vocational college teachers and students gaps;Teachers’ age showed a trend of young state;Fewer teachers’ title of lecturer,senior professional title;Bachelor degree in 54.3%;Teachers master ratio has reached 35.4% national requirements;Teachershave a relatively low level of scientific research,in education,training,the number of less.2.Higher vocational colleges and universities sports teaching material usage is not optimistic,only 20.0% of the schools use the higher vocational college textbooks,30.0% of the school to write school-based teaching materials,although the joint characteristics of the school but the considering of the characteristics of the students’ vocational.3.Teachers in lesson preparation before class,there are 46.0% of the teachers chose "sometimes simple" fully,lesson plans to write "detailed when Jane" accounted for 42.0%,both is the highest percentage of all options,and there is no never lessons and never write lesson plans.4.The teacher in teaching goal setting,more attention to students "mind,body,and club" the cultivation of comprehensive ability three aspects(56.0%);Schools of physical education teaching research projects for basket,foot,more conventional,traditional project,such as open for new project is less,and lack in teaching the considering of the characteristics of the students’ future career.5.Teacher’s teaching method is single,unreasonable teaching organization form,teaching evaluation overemphasis on the results of evaluation ignore the process of evaluation,the characteristics of students,professional characteristics,future career characteristics,the hardware facilities such as site less considerate.6.Facilities construction in higher vocational college and the national requirements there is a large gap,a serious shortage of sports venues,equipment,besides can basically meet the teaching activities,students’ extracurricular sports activities is very poor.7.Shijiazhuang city most of the students in higher vocational college is likes sports and physical education(54.8%),but there are 30.4% of the students like sports activities,don’t like PE class,mainly because the teachers teaching in a single,lack of interest.Students learn the primary motivation is to through physical education classes to enhance physical fitness,the purpose of improving health.8.In physical education to the student movement intensity survey,53.8% of students reached the moderate intensity,basic can achieve movement effect.But there are 39.0% of thestudents only characterized by low intensity,far short of sports results.School facilities are the main factors influencing the students’ learning(64.4%). |
