Higher Vocation Education is defined on the basis of senior secondary education, for production, construction, management, services, train first-line advanced technology applied talents of special education. Higher vocation education is an integral part of higher education and shoulder the technology training needs of the community the important task of applied talent. The cultivation of talent because of its unique goals and educational philosophy different from the colleges and universities, vocational institutions, according to the actual situation of their schools according to local conditions, teaching every school founder characteristics that meet the professional and teaching.Since the reform and opening up in the country to vigorously develop vocational education in the process of physical education reform is not satisfactory, deficiencies need to improve. Such as the Physical Education in Higher Vocational Colleges by traditional concepts, the teaching goal-setting and students are engaged in the next life-long targeted working life is not strong; as a teaching-oriented teachers, their teaching methods, means, too single, not enough teaching content enriched; as a teaching subject students, their participation in physical education initiative and is not high, the passive acceptance of knowledge, not forming inquiry, autonomy and collaborative learning habits.In this paper, the above problems, the use of literature and data, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and so on,10 vocational schools in Shanghai status of physical education conducted in-depth research, designed the survey of teachers and students of ten higher vocational colleges venue venues and facilities for physical education, sports and physical resources, sports and teaching staff of teacher-student ratio, sports, teaching objectives and content and attitude toward physical education students conducted a comprehensive survey and analysis, obtained first-hand informational and impact analysis of Shanghai Vocational College Physical Education reform and development of the main factors to find effective means to improve and resolve. Hope to get higher attention and sports governing bodies to be effective in their work to provide reference implementation direction; for Physical Education in Higher Vocation College reform and development of theoretical reference. Drawn from the analysis through,the investigation following conclusions:1. Shanghai Vocational institutions mainly follow the general college sports teaching and guiding ideology, and some colleges the teaching mode of innovative slogan, but the content is common institutions, misappropriation and copy, there is no substantive innovation. This is the stability of Physical Education in Higher Vocational Colleges and effectiveness of a certain degree of practical significance, but it violated the concept of vocational educational institutions, lack of vocational education, higher vocational colleges characteristics, not suitable for characteristics of vocational colleges student, that is, teaching content of the setting and the needs of the students there are differences. Physical Education in Higher Vocational Colleges with the students in the future occupation of the physical requirements needed to link the occupation can not be divorced from the requirements of students and simple physical conduct of physical exercise.2. PE Teachers in the building of vocational colleges is not balanced, a serious lack of physical education teachers, job title structure is irrational, and the less well-educated, scientific research and less capable. Some institutions outside physical education teachers the high side, and even many of the external primary and secondary school teachers are retired physical education teachers, the teachers do not establish a complete management and assessment criteria, the stability of teaching staff cause for concern.3. Physical education content, methods and means of the single. Due to space, equipment limitations, most institutions do not offer special electives and health classes, class content is around the end of the project physical assessment, teaching methods and tools is also a continuation of high school sports, there is no outstanding characteristics of professional education did not strengthen the students hands-on ability and innovative ability.4.
