In the current education system,primary education plays an important role.As it is an important period of life to lay the foundation for kids' knowledge and personality,primary school education shoulders an important task of teaching.But now as the concept of western education,democratic education,equality of education,students centered education developed in China,primary school teachers face diversified occupational plight,which will influence teachers,students and the whole national education.As the primary education is a very important part in the education system,it is necessary to help primary school teachers overcome the difficulties in their work.By investigation of the current situation of occupational plight of primary school teachers,this paper makes a series of detailed research to find out main problems and causes of the contemporary primary school teachers' professional difficulties,and puts forward strategies,in order to realize the development of education system.By consulting literature,few related research about occupational plight of primary school teachers are made.The existing research mainly focus on teachers occupational burnout and occupational pressure.In fact occupational burnout,occupational stress and occupational plight is related,but different.The pressure and burnout are the performance of occupational plight.Based on the previous research,the occupational plight is discussed and analyzed deeply.This paper puts forward operable measures for occupational plight,and tries to provide some suggestions for administrative management.In this paper,the main research methods are investigation method,interviewing method,literature reviewing method,analytical induction method.In this study,200 primary teachers in Shijiazhuang urban area are asked to fill in the questionnaire(taking back 183 copies),and 20 teachers are interviewed.This article draws the conclusion at last.To improve the primary school occupational development environment and conditions,the government should honour the teacher and respect his teaching.To further strengthen the construction of teachers,to further improve the education of primary school teachers' scientific research environment.Establish and improveprimary school teachers occupation development incentive mechanism.To improve relevant laws and regulations to protect teachers;to create a good social atmosphere for primary school teachers These are the main ways to solve the current problems of primary school teachers'.
