"The Ordinary High School Geography Curriculum Standards" clearly put forward that geography teaching should put emphasis on cultivate the students' practical ability,exploring ability and innovation consciousness.It also proposed to cultivate the students' geographical science literacy,make students better adapt to the pace of the modern social development.Citizens should establish sustainable development concept based on scientific perceive of coordinate development between population,resources,environment and social and form a civilized way of life and production.Implement high school Field Inspection Geography Teaching not only strengthen students' classroom knowledge but also extend relevant geographic knowledge and improve students' geographical skills.The process of learning Human Geography can make students deepen the understanding of sustainable development,and set up the sustainable development concept.The research of this paper is based on the principle of combining theories and practice.This paper using the literature research,questionnaire survey,field investigation,case analysis and other research methods to study the high school Field Human Geography,and puts forward the main strategies of high school Geography Field Teaching,so as to discusses the details of human resources development in Handan.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction.This part introduces the background and significance of the research and the core concepts,research methods,technical route and research status at home and abroad.This part gives a comprehensive understanding of the subject of this study.The second part is theories.This paper is based on Marx's theory of practice,Dewey's theory of inquiry learning,Humanism learning theory and geography.The third part includes the geographical field practice teaching investigation,questionnaire design and questionnaire analysis.The fourth part carries out strategies of human geography resources development in Handan region.This part discusses the area resources,geographical distribution and classification in Handan on the basis of studying the geography course standard.The fifth part includes the field practice teaching design and case development,together with the present situation of high school geography teaching,building of Handan geography human geography field teaching cases.The sixth part combined with the research process and content of this paper,summarizes the conclusions and prospects of this paper.
