For the certain,Secondary vocational students as the future and hope of the motherland,their quality is closely related to the level of national and national development.In recent years,secondary vocational students' problem behavior had become hot issue.The contradiction and imbalance of physical and mental health development of the vocational school students.It always resulted in limited cognitive,weak willpower,lack of the ability to identify the truth,and some students were social cognitive bias coupled with peer,so it resulted in problem behavior and criminal behavior.It is more important to study the formation of shape good behavior and prevent problem behavior in secondary vocational school students,and it is also important to prevent juvenile delinquency.This article based on the theory of "anomie theory","social learning theory","label theory",and combination with the characteristics of secondary vocational school students analyzes the factors cause of problem behavior.In order to understanding of secondary vocational students' problem behavior,the author communication with the teachers,counselors and moral education teachers to understand the main performance of the secondary vocational school students.And the strategies for schools to adopt the contents of problem behavior.And as a starting point,combined with the questionnaire survey,interview to survey the secondary vocational students of problem behavior.Through the investigation,we can see that the problem behavior of secondary vocational students mainly has three characteristics: First,this phenomenon of campus bullying is more serious;Second,there are more and more problem behavior students;Third,boys and girls are different problem behave perform.For the cause of problem behavior teachers and students are different views,teachers are due to family,students,poor social sub-culture,adolescent psychological and so on.The students think important factors included problem culture,teachers,peers,stigma,and so on.This factors are lead to problem behavior.In this paper,the author analyzes the causes of problem behavior for students from the family education,community culture "stigma" and peers' group with the theory of negligence,social learning theory and label theory.According to the fourth part the author Put forward the strategy of interfering with problem behavior following five aspects: First,creating good learning habitats with root class;Second,improving and strengthen the moral ability in moral education for secondary vocational students;Third,building a good family atmosphere and shaping a good living habits;Four,expanding optimizing the effectiveness of home school cooperation;Five,encouraging "charitable organizations" to participate in this organization and creating a good social environment.
