With the advent of social transition period, the transitional characteristics of secondary vocational and technical education have already suddenly stood out, such as students of poor quality, the difficulties in teaching management and enrollment, as well as the problem of the graduates' employment channel. Especially at the critical periods, the views of world, life and value for the students in secondary vocational schools have not been mature yet; some of the students will be affected for the lack of family education, undesirable social practices, improper school education and inner factor of the individual. All those will lead to several problem behavior spreading among the students in secondary vocational schools, gradually becoming the obstacles of managing students and organizing teaching. The article is based on the research of students in Hubei Mechanical Industry School, with exerting the ways of case analysis, questionnaire investigation and so on, in order to define and assort the problem behavior and analyze the causes of the students in secondary vocational schools. While connecting the actual school work, it also suggests the educational countermeasures for the problem behavior in morality and mentality, constructing the precaution system for warning the problem behavior and having formed a set of education methods on problem behavior in school characteristics and the "Three-in-One" education pattern.The article, which is organized in four parts, discusses the problem behavior of the students in secondary vocational schools and educational countermeasures:Part One: Illustrating the sorts and characteristics of problem behavior of secondary vocational students.Part Two: Analysing the causes of problem behavior of secondary vocational students.Part Three: Discussing the educational countermeasures of secondary vocational students.Part Four: Concluding the effects of solving the problem behavior.
